Following the launch of new Switch site earlier this month, Apple today released three new Switch to iPhone ads as part of the ‘Life is easier on iPhone’ campaign. In the formerly debuted videos, the Cupertino-based tycoon emphasized features such as privacy, photos, and music.
However, in the latest Switch ads, the company spotlights contacts, security, and performance. When Apple first commenced the new video ad campaign, it also refurbished its Switch website, a place where it gives information to convince Android users to switch to iPhone.
Similar to the Switch webpage, Apple’s new Switch to iPhone ads are accompanied by the tagline ‘Life’s easier when you switch to iPhone.’ Android users switching to iPhone has gradually been something the company has aimed for, as iPhone sales don’t live up to Apple’s expectations ahead of the latest iPhones this year.
The three new Switch to iPhone ads, titled simply ‘iPhone – Security – Apple’, ‘iPhone – Smooth – Apple’ and ‘iPhone – Contacts – Apple’. The first one ‘Security’ makes arguments that Android devices are more vulnerable to data theft, while ‘Smooth’ entails that iPhones provide intrinsically better performance, irrespective of a smartphone’s specifications.
The third one, Contacts, is the only one among the three video ads that averts going on the attack, merely recommending that it’s easy to turn your contacts into iPhone contacts.
Apple’s revamped Switch site highlights various features of iPhone such as technical support, high-quality camera, and a lower environmental footprint. However, now the website even comes with new helpful sections covering topics like in-house designed iPhone chips, ease of use, etc.
