Apple launched a revamped Switch site, expecting to convince Android users to switch to an iPhone. This is not the first time the smartphone master is persuading Android users to convert to an iPhone. In 2014 and 2015 also, the Company came out with some ideas, though this time it is trying a more creative way to allure Android users. This time, the company is presenting a revamped Switch site that highlights various features of iPhone along with making it clear that how an Android user can switch to an iPhone with ease.
The Switch Site of Apple has actually been live for quite a while now but, earlier its focus was simply on the Move to iOS app regarding how to switch from Android to iOS.
However, this time the approach is somewhat different. The updated version of Apple’s Switch site is putting the whole emphasis on why an Android user has to make a switch to an iPhone.
Evidently, there can be many reasons behind the switch from the Apple’s side, but this time the company has come up with a series of 16-second video clips which are five in total.
This time, the company uses a simple yet smart move with the graphics-heavy layout on details like speed optimization, iPhone camera and its processor, technical support, privacy protections, and lower environmental damage.
Apple’s Switch Site, featuring simple design as well as clever animations, also offers a comparison chart of its current lineup that includes the iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 6S, and iPhone SE at the end.
Besides, the company is also offering the benefit of up to $260 for those who will trade in their current smartphone. Though the “values may vary based on the condition and model of your smartphone trade-in”.
