1. Long-press on your Email Message
This is so far the easiest trick to attach a photo to an email in iOS Mail app. Long-press your message at the point where you want to attach the file. Within 2-3 seconds, a menu will pop up including options like Cut, Copy, Paste but nothing related to attachments. From here, tap the right-arrow icon and you will see a new option that reads “Insert Photo or Video”. Tap on the icon to browse from your gallery or photo library to attach a photo or video to an email in iOS Mail app.
Next way to attach a photo to an email in iOS is to use the iCloud option. Note that if you want to insert a Photo or Video from the step above, you will be able to attach only a photo from your phone’s photo library. But what if you want to share something not available on your phone but on your online storage? Here, the iCloud option comes handy. If you have a photo stored in iCloud or other such services, just tap the Add Attachment icon after you long-press your email message. Tapping on the option directly takes you to your iCloud Drive. From here you can easily select and attach a photo to an email in iOS. Also, if you tap on the Locations icon at the top-left, you will get an option to browse from other cloud services you have synced on your phone.

3. Photos App
Last yet one of the best ways to attach a photo to an email in iOS; you can opt for this option if your Photos app on your device. Under this method, you can choose a photo to email before launching the Mail app. The Photos app lets you select single or multiple photos. Once selected, simply tap the share icon and choose the Mail app from the options available. And you’re done. Enter the recipient and send the mail.
