Apple is likely to unveil a new line of MacBook laptops sometime later this year and it is highly expected that next MacBook Pro will feature a fingerprint-reading power button as well as the earlier-reported OLED touch-sensitive function bar.
If the fingerprint sensor gets its place in the power button, it will let users awaken the next MacBook Pro in one touch same like waking up an iPhone just by pressing the Home button while activating Touch ID at the same time.
Reports also suggest that the new MacBooks will come with a slimmer, thinner, and lighter design. It is also suggested that the upcoming models will include USB-C support. Analysts have also speculated that the iPhone maker will do away with the 3.5mm audio jack from the next MacBook Pro. It is considered that the company will instead switch to lightning port.
The next MacBook Pro will be “the most significant upgrade ever undertaken by Apple”, said Ming-Chi Kuo, analyst at KGI Securities.
MacBook Pro 2016 will reportedly also come equipped with Siri, a program that works as a knowledge navigator and an intelligent personal assistant.
Earlier reports reveal that the MacBook Pro 2016 would be debuted sometime in the fourth quarter of 2016. Reports also suggested that the MacBook Air will be offered as the entry-level machine, the 13-inch MacBook as the mid-tier and the two next MacBook Pro models would come to head up the range.
Taking all the reports into consideration, it can be said that the next MacBook Pro will be completely redesigned and come packed in just about every feature you ever think.
It’s still not certain when the next MacBook Pro will release, but according to a reliable source, it’s already in production. Likely to debut this fall, our best speculation is that the MacBook Pro 2016 will be introduced in October and released shortly thereafter.
Besides, another report suggests that the Apple Watch 2 will come this fall with a GPS, fast Processor, and better battery.
